Effect of development charge agreement
94A development charge agreement entered into under subsection 92(1)
(i)
on the land that is subdivided or developed, and
(ii)
on each individual lot in a subdivision or development, to the extent specified in the agreement,
(b)
shall not become effective until certified copies of the agreement are filed in the land registration office, and
(c)
when registered in the land registration office, is binding on a subsequent owner of the land in respect of which the agreement is made until discharged by the local government.
